Paying exit or cancellation fees
If you go for a ‘No contract broadband connection’ and want to leave before completing 12 months, you may have to pay a cancellation fee. The fees may vary from as low as £12.75. This fee will be much less than a fee that you would have to pay if you had signed a 12 month contract and wanted to leave early.
